Cons
Not much. We have the usual challenges of any remote-first environment, but it's purely a result of the work model, not a cultural failing. Actually the leadership does make the time to bring in the social and fun elements into our work, and the day-to-day working environment is very informal. We're encouraged to be ourselves which is great and makes up for the remote working model.
