The only silver lining in an otherwise terrible experience were a handful of colleagues who made coming to work a little more bearable (who would eventually leave)
Cons
I cannot stress enough how awful it was to work for this company. The management team consistently lied to their employees about job duties and compensation. Bonuses are paid semi annually where payment was always delayed by 3 months or more. Base salary is well below industry standards. And to top it off, senior management was extremely well compensated while treating everyone below them terribly. The toxic work environment was palpable, with an unspoken culture of fear and intimidation. It was nearly impossible to feel valued or motivated in our roles, especially when there was such a huge discrepancy in pay and treatment between senior management and the rest of us. Additionally, there was no transparency about company policies and decisions, making it difficult to understand why certain things were happening or to feel like we had any say in the direction of the company. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to stay far away and look for an employer that values their employees and treats them with respect.
