I started at Red Carpet Ready with no experience in a part-time junior retail role at 16. After being with the company for 3 years, they have nurtured my talent and given me exceptional training and opportunities. I have been promoted 3 times in my 3 years here and am now heavily involved in the business day-to-day running in an operations coordinator role. I am on an incredibly competitive salary package (a rate almost double others my age) and have been given multiple awards to recognise my work at the company. I think Red Carpet Ready is a great company to work for.
