Pros

Group outings Coworkers Perks Good name in Resume Valet on site Free Lunch / Coffee bar Free RedBull Parties often on site with popular catering spots & Open Bar

Cons

Must stay till 5pm (its normal but the Santa Monica traffic will change your commute, it's mentally draining leaving the building) Free food / Free coffee is horrible quality would find hair often and be sick all the time, You must send cash even on Christmas to Austria, no days off. Work long hours during close Must work holidays and weekends because Austria does not care about US holidays. Hybrid schedule 3 X wk but mgmt makes you go in everyday in December/January. Not allowed to talk to C-level executives, must go through your manager. Managers/VPs are intimidating to talk to, make you feel dumb. Pay for accountants is really low considering the location and the fact you are there longer than all other departments. Growth is rare. Valet gets full extremely fast so you have to park blocks away. It sounds nice but always full.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
