Pros
International projects, high salary, goodies, state of the art office buildings, people from around the world
Cons
Super bad internal communication, strongly hierarchical, functions basically like a cult / dictatorship. Every very small email is highly political. intriguing environment, no discussions wanted, extreme hire & fire. They don't keep promises made in application interviews, human values don't count, ultimate goal: "Sell more cans!" (pointed out in every meeting), no discussions with people above you. Upper management constantly yelling at people, extremely pretentious. People are kicked out in 1min 'talks' after long years working for Red Bull, people are kicked out because they ask for 3 weeks combined holidays, because they constructively question a method, because they are just not liked by someone else, because the role is not needed anymore. Thinking of Red Bull's image to the outside: forget it because working there is the opposite. It's all but cool, nice, fun, exciting etc. => you re fulfilling your minor task without being able to think or express your thoughts... Do what your overlord says, nothing else...
