Pros

Honest leadership who roll up their sleeves and are involved and in touch with their team. Culture is a buzz word, but I think the culture is healthy - open door and direct contact with executive leadership. Corporate staff is energized and dedicated. Contractors in the field are very bright folks. Office location itself is phenomenal; lakefront property, easy access to routes 29/100/175. Benefits are pretty robust, not one area where it lacks but PTO is well above average, HSA is helpful and vision plan is legit.

Cons

Red Arch is not very "well known" to a lot of folks...marketing/branding will help improve that. Small/medium company so you will not climb the "corporate ladder" rapidly per-say, but grow in other ways; experience, compensation, responsibility.

Pros

Coming to work feels not so much like family -- that word's overused and rarely accurate -- but like I team I hoped to be picked for. Everyone -- I mean EVERYONE -- at the HQ is both good at their jobs and committed to the shared goals for the company. Instead of feeling like a cell in a spreadsheet that would just be grayed out if I resigned, I feel like I'm contributing to something I care about.

Cons

I've have not encountered any cons worth noting -- certainly nothing I didn't expect coming to a growing and maturing firm.

Pros

I am remote, however feel I sort of know the main folks at HQ. Regular communication and monthly events (yoga, cocktail classes, meet-n-greets, at a restaurant, etc). Very active engagement. If you are living near HQ you will have more opportunities for different jobs and meetings. Everyone at the main office is responsive and helpful when you reach out for help!!

Cons

Cons are limited, since it has only been a year. I can see how some people new to being a contractor might feel "alone" if they work remotely, but that really is every company. Understand, unless you work in HQ - your work is dictated by the contract.
