All talk and zero action to follow CEO took a healthy 60% pay rise while basically saying there's no money to pay the staff more, who knows what the rest of the exec team got If you're in the circle then you're golden, but you won't get in thanks to empire building, but that's likely down to inexperience across senior management, playground rules vs business rules.
