Pros
The only thing I can think of is that it's remote.
Cons
Working at Recruiting From Scratch was hands down one of the most traumatic professional experiences I’ve ever had. Will, the CEO, is completely unfit to lead — his erratic behavior, emotional volatility, and manipulative tendencies create an unsafe and psychologically damaging environment for his employees. He should not be managing a team, let alone running a company. Recruiters are treated like disposable tools. You’re harassed daily, micromanaged to an unbearable degree, and expected to tolerate unhinged Slack rants and last-minute demands that disregard boundaries or common sense. Will has a pattern of firing people for absolutely no reason — zero explanation, no performance context, just a sudden purge if he feels like it. There’s no job security, no leadership maturity, and definitely no respect. This place is a revolving door for a reason. Talented people are driven to burnout or breakdown, and no one lasts long because the culture is rooted in fear, paranoia, and abuse. Do yourself a favor: don’t apply, don’t take the call, and don’t even entertain the idea of working with this agency. It’s not worth your sanity.
