Pros

We have incredible people across the board. Our teams are amazing and I love working with every other team as there is an extremely supportive, kind culture. Our tech support team is lead by one of the kindest individuals ever and will do anything and everything to support you. Integrations you'll be welcomed by one of the hardest workers who always wants to lend a helping hand. Our product leader goes the extra mile to make your life easier whenever he has the chance. Operations / Client Services is handled by someone who is both a doer and a manager and will support you anytime you need. I have learned an incredible amount from all of the individuals and with our current COO, there is a lot of hope, even in the down market.

Cons

We've seen several changes over the last few months/ years as the economy has been tough and our roles and responsibilities have a direct relationship with the market. I'm grateful to trust the leaders to know that they'll make the right decision, but it can be tough when we're losing people, even if they weren't the right fit for the role. Lots of hope with our current COO that things are only on the rise for opportunities and that we won't have as much of an impact moving forward as the economy shifts

Pros

- Remote or hybrid work depending on how close you live to an office. - Most people are lucky enough to have a manager who isn't too overbearing. - The company is constantly developing tech that is cutting edge in the industry. - Most of your coworkers are really nice and helpful.

Cons

- Leadership is completely out of touch with the amount of work you do and how hard it is. - Top down communication is really confusing or completely nonexistent. - Priorities constantly shift. - Everyone is constantly on edge and anxious.
