Nothing special about the company, just the bare minimum.

Cons

TERRIBLE Country Manager like Emerhub days. Lots of company politics and favoritism. No onboarding. They expect us to know the job on day 1 and get reprimanded. A lot of fault-finding and leaders have no idea how to perform their tasks. No standard process or support from HR people. Expect gaslighting when things go wrong

I truly appreciate RecruitGo's supportive environment and the autonomy we have to drive client success. To further enhance efficiency and the employee experience, we should focus on continuous improvement in the following areas: Streamlining Team Collaboration: Formalizing cross-functional handoff procedures (like documenting clear ownership at each stage) will reduce process delays and create a seamless experience for our clients. Centralizing Knowledge: We need a more effective internal knowledge-sharing system to help teams quickly find and apply specialized expertise, allowing us to replicate best practices faster. Preventing Burnout: Establishing a clear, proactive mechanism for anticipating heavy workloads and reallocating resources will help balance demands, prevent employee burnout, and secure high-quality service, even during high-demand periods.
