When I was there, team meetings were not regular occurrences. These might be helpful. With the workload it is challenging to have meetings, however, overall they might help teams pick up skills to increase productivity.

Only pro working there was that it was a very independent job. Once I was trained on what my daily tasks would be, I was able to independently work. I could wear headphones and zone out all day while doing my job. No meetings so plenty of time in the day actually being able to get work done. Quiet office building so it wasn’t ever loud or chaotic.

Would not recommend working here. Pay is horrible and it is a standstill job with no room for growth. They will hire you on with no hesitation but then let you go without warning on a Friday afternoon with no explanation. With the exception to one person I worked with, no one was friendly or welcoming to me. I felt like I was always an outsider to the people who worked there. Building is old and dirty, covered in dust. I have asthma that was severely exacerbated when working in that building. And when I wasn’t working there anymore my lungs and overall health got way better. Avoid working here.
