      Deployment into the field independently is quick. Other organization have at least 2 weeks or so of training.

      Cons

      Overwhelming caseloads No direction on organizational resources. You basically start from scratch in finding out about resources and processes to do your job Very low salary No meaningful room for growth High turnover and burnout No work/life balance
