Pros
-There are some good people, but they all end up leaving as management could care less about their employees. -Health and dental which won't cost you much.
Cons
High safety risk, management will do a checklist for safety at the bare minimum but will not address the safety concern. You will be told to "try to be more safe"... Human resource is not your friend, they have no idea from what is right and what is wrong. Highly needs a legal team, as the company often seem to cross the gray area. Their ultimate goal is to make money, and they will step on you to get to the top.
