      You virtually own the P&L, great learnings. Salary and benefits. Great opportunities if you are willing to relocate

      Cons

      Frequent restructures resulting in layoffs, Continuous change of management/leadership leading to lack of continuity on plans.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
