Pros
bonus is really high, people simply work there to get the maximum bonus at the end of each year.. relocation is fairly easier than other companies. company sends people to other countries with not-so-bad benefits..
Cons
RB doesnt care about employees' engagement - the company is simply not people-oriented. HR is so fake and does not work for your happiness/life-work balance/self-satisfaction, etc..
