      Very performance focused business so it is easy to stand out among the herd if you are very good at what you do.

      Cons

      Sometimes the aggressive nature takes it toll on ones personal life and relationship with others as such attitude tend to carry over outside of the workplace

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
