Fast paced, no processes so you can get things done quicker, no hierarchy

Horrible- very rude people, who shouts the loudest gets what they want, line managers would use bad language and treats their employees badly, HR would support this behaviour. People do 2-3 people's job and this is justified as "RB way", it has never been a people centric company - no one cares about people its all about money. The shareholders will recognize that you can not produce "baby milk" with people who treats their own employees negatively and describe your company culture as "its not for everyone". Because this company is for people who behaves in a horrible way, very rude and unfair... Pay is way lower than market rate, they promote bonus but no one got bonus since the last 3 years... No work life balance and no diversity in upper management.
