Pros
At RB, you are challenged every day. I feel a true sense of business ownership at every level of my marketing career. Promotions are very fast bc they know they need to reward - pay to play. Bonuses on a good yr are amazing vs the competition. Sales Conf this yr is in Hawaii!! Industry leading growth.
Cons
Commute from nyc/hoboken sucks. Sometimes the constant pressure can stress us all out. In a bad yr, bonus can be next to nothing. Management likes me and respects my work, but if they hate you - watch out! (or find a new job). Overload of meetings - but not more than other CPG.
