Pros

They have jobs in FMCG marketing, which tends to be rare in the Paris area. They have leader brands on several markets.

Cons

Offices are extremely remote, count 2h30 transportation each day if you live in the center of Paris. Offices are litteraly in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely no team spirit. Almost no team events,no drinks, and the atmosphere is not super fun. People don't really talk, don't really laugh, and simply don't really seem very happy to work there. Employee well-being is not a priority, there are very few perks, the only option for lunch is a very low quality cafeteria (that is of course not free). The French CEO once blamed me for printing a document in color, saying it was too costly for the company... Brands are boring (basically hygiene and cleaning products), and their way of doing marketing is very old school: TV and promo, period. Forget about digital, social media, apps... So clearly not a place to build a broad marketing skillset. Bonus policy is very blurry and you basically don't get your bonus at the end of the year. Base salary is very average.

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
