      Passion and speed are two highly important core values at RB you will be living all times. People, are the best thing you can get... they are just amazing

      Cons

      If you come from a very structured company, definitely it won't be a good choice if you like to have a process for everything... if you want to make it from 0... that would be very appreciate it

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
