      Okay pay, good food in cantine, you get experience in a big company with household name brands (main benefit) so you can get a better job elsewhere

      Cons

      Constant restructures, company will make you redundant just so they can reach margins so bad culture. No career progression. Company not willing to invest in you so they can maintain budget, this isn’t a place to build a career

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
