I really enjoyed my time at Reckitt in the UK compared to the role that I took afterwards. It made me appreciate Reckitt more - and I probably would not have had this view if I was still on the inside. Decent Management Open mindset to different styles Smart colleagues in leadership roles Competitive mindset Competitive compensation for managers and above Opportunities to grow and move around to other countries Reckitt has people return to Reckitt for a reason!

Designed for intense work if you're in marketing and sales Very well defined culture fit - proactive, self-managed, high energy Loosing competitive and performance due to slowness Over-engineering decision making, adding unnecessary complexity.
