      There are really no pros other than nice people at the working level.

      Cons

      No product, and no product vision as all updates are driven by specific customer asks and product quality is terrible. The company doesn't know how to develop production level software.

      Mostly offshore company so communication can be a challenge. Low tenure years is common. Marketing is working on brand awareness.
