Pros

The only real highlight of working here is the people. I had the privilege of working with genuinely kind, talented, and supportive colleagues. Team members try their best to collaborate and make things work despite the environment.

Cons

This is, unfortunately, one of the most poorly managed companies I’ve experienced. There is no clear mission, no clear goals, and no consistent direction. If leadership has a strategy, it is not communicated effectively, leaving teams confused and constantly reacting instead of executing. Management lacks competence and accountability. Many managers seem unqualified for their roles, and decisions are often driven by favoritism rather than merit. Career progression and even job security depend heavily on being in the “right circle,” not on performance. The culture is toxic and unstable. There is low trust in leadership, poor communication, and a general sense that employees are not valued. People get let go frequently, which creates ongoing anxiety and uncertainty across teams. One of the biggest issues is the constant overtime driven by unrealistic deadlines. Timelines are often set without proper planning or understanding of the workload, forcing employees to work extra hours regularly just to keep up. This leads to a high-stress environment with very little meaningful outcome, making the pressure feel pointless and draining. Compensation is not competitive, and expectations are disproportionately high. Promises around bonuses or growth often feel disconnected from reality.

Pros

A scale-up with big ambitions and the best people from across the world. I love the way everyone welcomes you and helps out. A great inclusive culture and good benefits. Exciting plans for the future and a chance to really make a difference.

Cons

Everyone is not aligned on company culture where there seem to be an "old" version of the company and a "new" one, where old seems to represent people who are not longer here. Also a bit old-fashioned on flexibility and independence.

Pros

The company is full of smart and kind individual contributors who are passionate about the work. There are incredible opportunities to build a sustainable business that serves a vulnerable population (not that we are doing it, but it's technically possible.)

Cons

Low salaries unless you're Swedish. Complete leadership vacuum: there were 3 different CEOs in 2025, and we're at 2 CEOs so far in January 2026. The board is composed exclusively of Swedish men who treat the company like a pet project and only hire their friends to "run" the business, while hiring almost exclusively immigrants to work under them. The leadership team is incompetent but faces no consequences for it. There's a running joke that the company is one email away from collapsing because the CTO never reads his email. The office is dark and cramped, but at least the owner got to spend insane amount of money on ugly furniture, so there's that.
