Cons
Upper management is playing lots of theatrics when it comes to $$ and benefits. They will somehow find tactics to make sure that they WIN. There are lots of cases whereby we are in the unfair position when it comes to this.
Bottom politics- Every senior here (all departments) are comparing and discussing salaries, comparing performances, talking behind each other's backs. There will be eyes turning red. To sum up, everyone is just so fake and seems to have negative things to say every day. A lot of sarcasm and gaslighting exists in this company. What a toxic environment.
Work- Everything is thrown to you and expected to be figured out yourself. if you face difficulty on your job, no one can help you. Ultimately you will see that there is no one to ask as whoeever you ask, they will not know the answer. You will end up having Google as your best friend. Some might even gaslight you if you ask them.
Hours- Fixed and arrival time at work is monitored. Lunch hours are also monitored. But OT hours at home are not monitored. Extra 10mins of lunch is not ok but seems to be ok to OT extra hours at home. hmmm, how weird right? :')
Personal privacy-There is also no privacy at all in this Company. So-called departments who have access to calendar will pry and talk. The upper management also does not care about privacy of their staffs as almost everything is transparent, including salary. Everything is discussed publicly in the office.
Benefits. None. There are limited or close to none benefits here. Other than your salary and entitled annual leave/MC, there really is nothing else. Company trip is a total joke as compared to other companies. who wants to go to a dirty beach to 'glamp'? :')
Office facilities-should be renovated. everything is so old, dusty and toilet is very dirty. please think about the welfare of your staffs if you expect them to come office often.
Using WFH as a benefit to attract recruitment, but in fact the days which you can WFH and the days which you are required to be in office are fixed by the upper management. So, is this actually flexible?

To sum up, a total waste of energy & youth for 2 years here.
