Pros
I have yet to find a high school administration more sympathetic to its faculty and staff. This goes a long way toward making the myriad responsibilities of a high school teacher easier to manage. The school leadership is sensitive to the needs of students and makes them feel cared for, creating relationships essential to student success. The faculty and staff is responsible and dedicated, regularly putting in 10- and 12-hour days as a matter of course.
Cons
The school director is very brand-focused, which results in pressure from the administration on the faculty and staff to buy into education fads and trends. And, as in any school, resources are often spread thin.
