Pros
1. The engineer team's has good ambience 2. A lot of opportunities that you can implement cool feature of animation software. 3. Seldom out of time (at least in my team)
Cons
1. Don't have unit test, and the manager also don't care about it. The software quality only depends on QA's manual test and RD's coding ability. 2. The turnover rate is high(especially to PMs), so the product don't have an clear direction. And the CEO has all the control of the product's feature, not the PM and develop team. 3. The company put more emphasize about the product release date, not the software's quality. 4. Low salary growth rate (even you behave good and be promoted)
