The work atmosphere is relaxed and the company has a great work life balance. The people at RWW are the strength of the company because they make it engaging to be at work. Leadership looks for people who will be a great fit in the office rather than over-focusing on the technical side which ensures the team stays loose and fun.

Pay is not ideal. The Australian branch of the company (bidenergy) is slow to integrate it's product into the US which dilutes the growth opportunity of the company.

Path to growth isn't apparent. Salaries are low but so is the level of day to day stress; so it's a trade off. There is not a lot of vision for the future, but it's a small team so an ambition employee with good ideas, could really change the company.
