No paid mileage unless traveling outside of a 30 mile radius, which you never will because they make sure to have overlapping photographers to cover the zones, despite the fact that the realtors will still be charged for the mileage.

Management is sluggish to deal with any issues, often non responsive, and quick to fire over small indiscretions.
