I couldn't find any cons.

The Team is so friendly and tries to help. Team Leader Tries to get you from your comfort zone so you could learn new technologies and grow you experience ( most of the time it isn't necessary for the projects he just wants to push you further to grow ). they use latest technologies so you have to keep learning.

Low Salaries We are Talking about 30% or more less than the industry standard. Schedule not Flexible at all even if they say so. Hr Department is weird, I mean Today they may treat you very will with a smile on there face the next and without any reason they will give that fishy look and treat you not badly but I not as always. Not The best CEO ever: The CEO is not bad but sometimes you would feel that he doesn't care about you he just want your maximum effort for less money. (I know this is the case for most companies But I mean that it's way to obvious in an uncomfortable way)
