Thank you for your post. I'm glad that you enjoy your coworkers and the opportunity to move within roles around the company. Not much I can do about the location of our HQ, other than to say welcome to Dallas, as traffic has gotten tough everywhere. I can say for many that the commute has gotten shorter and quicker using back roads. There is a level of frustration in your con comments. We do prefer our local employees to come into the office, we do work hard at RealPage, I don't know of any "fired" employees who came back as a VP.
Now, your comment about not having basic amenities is really far from the truth. Everyone has covered parking, we have a full on cafeteria, we have Starbucks at the boost bar, we have a gym, we have a conference center, we have security, we offer free bio metric screenings, health fairs, give time off to contribute to United Way, etc.. Traffic is theme here, and our building is right next to the Dart station. Go back to your Pros and build on that. Having said that I will buy you lunch and work with you on anything you believe can make our company better. Sincerely Kurt Twining x4016
