Pros
Healthcare benefits used to be good, but they kept getting worse. PTO is good and option for remote work good. If you keep your head down and are practically invisible, you can survive in this company for over a year. Depending on the job, you either have a good work life balance or you're never off the clock.
Cons
Company has terrible management, HR & managers are bad at their jobs and pretend it's the fault of their employees. The company is a revolving door, they keep firing and hiring people in 6 month increments. Sexism and misogyny are a regular ocurrence with little to no consequences on poor behavior. The only people that stay here for a long time are the managers that worship the CEO and the few overworked employees that are actually capable of doing the work managers pretend to be good at.
