Pros
The location is nice to work at, and you are really your own boss at this company. I would say that is the best part of this job/company.
Cons
I would like to say more here, but am trying to be nice, if I knew what this company was all about i would have never interviewed or took the position. This company will not stay in business for long, based on their business tactics.
