      Pros

      Since day 1 I have enjoyed my job here at PDR. Our management is wonderful and the compensation is great not to mention the benefits. Everyone is a team player here. I love working with my PDR family.

      Cons

      I have not come against any issues while working here at PDR. I always look forward to coming to work.

      Great support and benefits loved the atmosphere

      They are basing the average number of liens per day off of their top producers which sets new hires up for failure
