      I recently graduated college and already learning more at this job than another other internship. I'm able to working with the leasing agent onsite and provide tours and talk with residents. The bonus program is set up to help me succeed and its been great!

      Cons

      It's fast pace and can be challenging to keep up. A lot of motivation and dedication is required for this position and the rewards are worth it.
