I worked at Ressco as an Assistant Manager for 19 months. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.
On a positive note, I consistently received my paycheck on time, which is a basic expectation but can sometimes be a challenge at other companies. However, the negatives far outweighed this small benefit.
One of the most significant issues I faced was the lack of staff support. As an Assistant Manager, I often found myself overwhelmed with responsibilities and without the necessary assistance from my colleagues or management. This created a stressful work environment that made it difficult to perform my duties effectively.
Due to these challenges and the overall poor working conditions, I cannot recommend Ressco to others. My time there was marked by frustration and dissatisfaction, and I believe many potential employees would be better off seeking opportunities elsewhere.
