      Pros

      Most people were pretty easy going. The owners were pretty cool and relaxed.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the best. The work was basically slapping a bunch of API's together. I have no idea how they're still in business, as the business model doesn't make any sense.

      Casual dress, summer hours, free snacks and almost no work pressure

      No direction or job training. Poor management, no HR function
