Director Suyan Soni has built an admirable program. She has made it possible for countless students to receive the assistance and attention they deserve to succeed. Our society's education system doesn't work for everyone, and I felt more than fulfilled in helping students navigate its choppy waters. Working at RSG was certainly a growing experience for me and working with students and their families was mostly relaxed and delightful.
