Pros
Exceptional Leadership, Cutting-Edge Technology, and a Winning Culture Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Review: I've only been at Reach Security for about a month, but it's been one of the best career decisions I've made. The technology is truly best-in-class. Reach is solving a real cybersecurity problem with an AI-native platform that is differentiated in the market, and the customer traction I've seen gives me a lot of confidence in where the company is headed. The leadership team is outstanding. Many of the executives have successfully built and scaled high-growth cybersecurity companies before, and that experience shows in the way they communicate, execute, and support the organization. From a go-to-market perspective, I've been incredibly impressed. As an Account Executive, I have dedicated SDR support, channel sales support, strong marketing programs, and generous event budgets that allow me to focus on building pipeline and helping customers. The company has invested in the resources needed for the field to be successful rather than expecting salespeople to do everything themselves. One of the biggest highlights has been the culture Mike Baker is building within the sales organization. Mike (a former Navy SEAL Team 2 member) has created a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, integrity, winning the right way and having fun. It's collaborative rather than political, and everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed. For anyone looking to join an early-stage cybersecurity company with exceptional technology, experienced leadership, and a culture where people are empowered to succeed, I'd highly recommend Reach Security. Pros: Market-leading AI-native cybersecurity technology Experienced leadership team with a strong track record Excellent GTM support (SDRs, channel, marketing, events) Collaborative, high-performance sales culture Solving a meaningful problem with strong market momentum
Cons
As a Series A startup, things move quickly and priorities can evolve—which is part of the excitement. If you enjoy building, adapting, and helping shape a fast-growing company, you'll likely see this as an opportunity rather than a downside.
