Pros
The creative team come together to share ideas. There is room to grow and learn more about the business.
Cons
Does not have a strong editing process in place, and the manager will blame you for any mistake she identifies. She will, however, not bother whenever you identify her own mistakes but will tell you to not make any because it is unacceptable.
She will follow up about your work on Saturday mornings and cannot provide valuable feedback to your work other than "FIX IT!" That's what happens when you hire a manager without any relevant design or copy experience. They don't know how to effectively lead a team of creatives but will treat you as inferior and people not deserving of respect, but will always tell you to respect upper management in order to keep your job.
Your job is always on the line as well due to a strike process they have in place. Three strikes, you're out! The manager will remind you about this whenever a mistake happens or a project is delayed.
