7yThank you for providing us feedback on how we can continue to grow and make our organization a better place to work. We strive for a high level of integrity and excellence in everything that we do so it's very disappointing that your time with us felt less than that. Our organization is changing regularly to meet the needs of our growing team members, client base, and insurance requirements. Many of those changes have a direct positive impact on the quality of our training, human resource interactions, and our compliance to state and federal regulations.
Some of those changes include the development of standard processes for training, streamlined performance management systems, compliance department, and grievance processes. It also includes the development of leadership positions within the organization from the programming side as well as administrative. All of these changes can feel uncomfortable and we completely understand that. Which is why we are always ready and willing to listen especially at our round table reviews with our HR Director. These changes allow us to strategically pursue our mission of supporting families and promoting growth.
