Okay Place to Get a Foot in the Door - Systems Administrator Rde System Support Group Employee Review

I really felt like a part of a closely-knit family during my time at RDE systems. The company is growing, adapting, and evolving. The most outstanding feature of RDE for me is the flexibility they provide their employees so that their employees can find the best version of themselves and flourish.

RDE has always been a small group of fantastic IT people and they're efficiently expanding but you'll sort of miss the little benefits that big corporations provide. That's the only minus pointer I can give to RDE.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful, understanding. Mental health is big and making sure you are not overworked and burnt out. Provide mentorship and sessions to check in. Room for growth if you express interest in other areas, team is very open with ideas to make processes better and improved.
