Pros

- Comradery among team members and other coworkers - Benefits including paid leaves, mental health breaks, birthday leaves and gifts, training allowance, and gadget allowance - Full work-from-home setup - Subscription to premium resources - Work efforts are based on time logs, no standardized time in or time out

Cons

- Instances of micromanagement - Little to no concern over the well-being of employees - Favoritism from management - Flexitime is mentioned but not practiced, petition to offset was not acknowledged or carried out, reachability is required from 9AM to 6PM - Delayed performance evaluation - Unclear and constantly changing policies (salary increases, filing of leaves, budget reimbursement policy, label and classification of tasks) - Concerns and issues brought up to higher-ups may be unaddressed, misunderstood, or mishandled - Unused leaves are not convertible to cash - Fresh graduates are barely assisted or guided with statutory benefits

Pros

- Okay onboarding process - Hands on bosses but might be too hands-on - Somehow trusts their people - Boundaries when it comes to working late/weekends - HMO, gadget allowance, upskilling allowance - There are other departments you can join in if you wanted to learn more - There's accountability from management somehow but not the way employees want it to be resolved, but at least they try

Cons

- Complacency in the quality of work sometimes - Didn't see how the company will be growing and scaling despite the unique core services - The way of charging clients seem to not match industry standards hence causing the org to be stagnant in compensation - Workload measurement seem to be outdated. It's not normal to have less than 4-5 creatives and 4-5 accounts people and 2 paid media specialist for 12++ brands
