Pros

Good work/life balance, although it’s 100% onsite unless your job or program specifically allows for remote work. Pay is okay

Cons

Where do i even start? Management is clueless, tons (and i mean TONS) of BS office politics, people (in my experience) are very antisocial, and if you get put on a classified program, you have to sit in a windowless prison every single day. I’ve heard culture can depend on your team/program, but literally no one on my team even tries to reach out, talk to, or even acknowledge me. It’s gotten to a point where I just don’t care anymore, and will just suck it up and pay back half of my bonuses after my 1 year. My mental health is a wreck. (Adding onto all of that, Tucson also sucks)

Pros

9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

Cons

The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
