      - Merger was a train wreck - Attrition is between 16%-31% (org/discipline dependent) - Raises not keeping up with inflation - Moral is low & management is still make more cuts

      Pros

      Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

      Cons

      Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.
