Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on cutting edge systems and technology and with very intelligent people. Had excellent team mates and direct leadership.

Cons

Upper management played politics so much that it drove people away from the company. Similarly, the poor management and excuses lead to contracts being lost. Despite losing multiple contracts and lots of employees it was seen as a financial win for the company because they had delivered on time for one deliverable and received good grades on their pay. Pay and benefits is severely below average compared to competition within the industry. Promotions were non existent and overdue frequently. Promotions were on average 2-5% raises, but external was 30%. The "boys club" of management was very sexist and this played a factor in raises, promotions, and opportunities for career development. Retaliation was common and management was protected from official HR reports and violations.

Pros

Good environment to learn entry level Cybersecurity within RMF. Tucson, AZ has a good training team/program. I came within RTX with another role and so far, the training and support is very helpful. Good work life balance. Opportunities for growth.

Cons

As always, the pay bands are very disproportionate; Its hard to evaluate pay ranges on average without coming to sites such as Glassdoor.

Pros

Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

Cons

Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.
