Pros

There are no pros to working here at all and you will find this out the hard way or you can reach out to anyone who is an ex employee on Linkedin and they will all tell you the same things

Cons

ponding scheme, you pay a £550 licence fee monthly to line their pockets When you leave you pay 3 months licence fee to be able to exit your agreement, When you exit they make it difficult, threaten court, every person who leaves has trouble, No one has been there more than 6 months except two staff members who have the original patches, you will have access to 10-15 jobs max and only get 10 x reed credits a day

Pros

Time freedom as self employed

Cons

They take 50% of your fee and also charge monthly fees and placement fees so take around 58% when all is said and done. Dont get you jobs you have to get your own, they say its your business but its not, you dont own anything. very high turnover of fellow recruiters.

Pros

As with many self employed models your work life balance is second to none however with the support you get from Joshua, Russell, Jo and Rach it makes it even better especially the guidance they offer not just in terms of the world of recruitment but also the practicalities of running a business. If you are great at building and maintaining relationships you will be extremely well rewarded financially, in personal growth and incentives. The only accountability you have is to yourself and you chose how you would like (if at all) to be held to account - its all up to you. Lastly you also have the freedom to work how you want to work, you can be as involved as you like, there is no pressure to conform in any way, apart from the RP brand guidelines.

Cons

Running your own business isn't for everyone and shouldn't be confused with an employed role, you have to be prepared to put the work in and be on top of your game as the recruitment world is very competitive (if you want to be successful). Some might see the £500 a month fee is a con, but actually the value you get from it far outweighs the cost so don't be blinded by it - its a definitely a pro.
