The people at Raymond James are very welcoming and want to see you succeed. Management is smart and has a good vision of where they want to the company to be in the future. Good employee benefits.
Cons
The worst part is that the company doesn't pay its employees enough compared to other wall street firms. If they could pay their employees more then they might be able to attract more talent.
