Pros
Most of the people, particularly middle managers and below, are fantastic. They're smart, easy to get along with and generally fun people. It can be a bit disheartening to see such people resigned to their fates with this company, though. Also, it's a relatively stable company to work for in an industry known for recent upheaval and turmoil.
Cons
Way too much favoritism - it seems the only way to advance is to attach your lips to your manager's rear end. The pay structure needs to be seriously scrutinized and brought in line with the market & competitors.
