Pay was just ok. After Tom James retired, the new regime ruined a great company. Micro-management, "you need us more than we need you" mentality reigned supreme. Even previous leaders that had a good reputation (for example rhymes with Pilliaphoom), got caught up in it. Finally became a shell of its former self, so I left. While it was good I didn't mind pulling all nighters for DR tests. But after the culture shift I dreaded it with each looming test.
